Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, flour, and confectioners’ sugar. Mix until crumbly.
- Press mixture into a 9x13 inch greased pan.
- In a small bowl, combine condensed milk, almond extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour milk mixture over the crust.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
