Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced

- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until softened.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the white wine and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the cream, parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tortellini and simmer for 7-10 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked through.
- Serve the tortellini with basil cream sauce.
