Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until softened.
