In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, soy chorizo, vegetable broth, and red wine. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
