Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the milk until the eggs are completely blended.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the eggs to the skillet and stir continuously with a rubber spatula to scramble the eggs.
  4. Continue stirring and scraping the bottom of the skillet until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
  5. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
