Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In medium bowl, mix together tomato soup, butter, sugar, and eggs. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just blended.
Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
