Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix until the dough is crumbly.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and chocolate chips. Mix until the mixture is combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream and vanilla extract. Pour the cream mixture over the sugar and chocolate chips. Mix until the mixture is combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top. Let cool before serving.
