Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix until the dough is crumbly.
  3. Press the dough into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and chocolate chips. Mix until the mixture is combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the cream and vanilla extract. Pour the cream mixture over the sugar and chocolate chips. Mix until the mixture is combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top. Let cool before serving.
