Directions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and vegetables and stir to combine. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
