Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise. Place the halves on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter and garlic. Brush the mixture onto each half of the bread.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parsley onto the bread halves.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
