Ingredients
6 large apples
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the tops off of the apples and scoop out the core and seeds with a spoon. Place the apples in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, and walnuts. Fill each apple with the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Serve warm with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
