Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the green beans and stir to coat with the oil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the beans are tender and cooked through.
  4. Serve hot.
