Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the green onions, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and peanuts. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
