Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
