Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, coriander, ginger, cumin, black pepper, honey, and vegetable oil. Add chicken wings and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread the chicken wings out on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping once, until the wings are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
