Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with remaining marinade.
- Once pork chops are cooked through and have nice grill marks, remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
