Ingredients

  • 2 lbs venison stew meat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 cups beef or venison broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
