Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz. fusilli pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Add the pesto, cream, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta and add to the skillet with the chicken and pesto sauce. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
