Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup honey

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
In a medium bowl, mix together the dried cranberries, cherries, and dates.
In a small saucepan, heat the honey, peanut butter, and coconut oil until melted and combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined. Mix in the dried fruit.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
