- 1 lb Ahi-tuna, cut into cubes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the Ahi-tuna cubes, avocado, mango, red onion, and edamame.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the Ahi-tuna and vegetables and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salad and serve.
