Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ahi-tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Ahi-tuna cubes, avocado, mango, red onion, and edamame.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the Ahi-tuna and vegetables and stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salad and serve.
