Ingredients

  • 4-5 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the potatoes, cheese, and garlic.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
