Ingredients
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the vegetables and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
