  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
  2. Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chops are well coated. Cover the dish and let the pork chops marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

  7. While the pork chops are resting, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  8. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and zucchini to the skillet. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Saute the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
