- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup milk

- For the glaze:
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, cranberries, milk, orange juice, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the confectioners' sugar and orange juice to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread before serving.
