Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chicken broth, onion, garlic, olive oil, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
