Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or container and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with foil.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
