Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or container and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with foil.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
