Ingredients
1 cup bulgur wheat
2 cups boiling water

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the bulgur wheat and boiling water. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stir the parsley, tomatoes, mint, and onion into the bulgur wheat.
Pour the dressing over the tabbouleh and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
