- 4 large potatoes, cubed

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place cubed potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
