Ingredients
- 4-5 medium zucchinis, cut into slices about 1/4 inch thick
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix together until combined.
- Add the zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat the slices in the oil mixture.
- Place the zucchini onto the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the zucchini is tender and lightly charred.
- Serve the zucchini warm and enjoy!
