Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground Vietnamese coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup boiling water

Directions

  1. Heat the water to boiling in a small pot or kettle.
  2. Place the Vietnamese coffee grounds into a Vietnamese coffee filter, and place the filter onto a cup or mug.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the grounds, and allow the coffee to steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the filter and discard the grounds.
  5. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  6. Serve the Vietnamese coffee warm.
