Ingredients
- 1 pound of soba noodles
- 1 cup of frozen sweet peas

Directions
- Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Whisk to combine.
- Add the cooked soba noodles and frozen sweet peas to the bowl and toss to coat.
