Ingredients
4 ounces jamón serrano (cured Spanish ham)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup pitted black olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cut the jamón serrano into thin strips.
Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the jamón serrano and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in the honey and olives and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
