Ingredients
- 4 ounces jamón serrano (cured Spanish ham)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cut the jamón serrano into thin strips.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the jamón serrano and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the honey and olives and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
