Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup white sugar

Directions

  3. Remove the bowl from the heat and beat the mixture with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and continue to beat until the frosting is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes more.
