Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of diced celery
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, cranberries, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, pepper, and salt.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the turkey mixture and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
