Ingredients
- 3 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup of Boursin cheese
Directions
- In a large pot, add the potatoes and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
- Add the butter, milk, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pot and mash with a potato masher until all the ingredients are combined and the potatoes are creamy.
- Add the Boursin cheese and mash until combined.
- Serve the mashed potatoes warm.
