Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with the butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.
