Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with the butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.
