Directions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Top with a few black olives.
- Cover with another tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and cut into quarters.
- Serve with sour cream.
