Ingredients

  • 4 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 cups club soda or sparkling water

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Discard the solids.
  3. Add the cold water and club soda to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  4. Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve.
