Ingredients
- 4 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
Directions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Discard the solids.
- Add the cold water and club soda to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve.
