- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 slices bacon, diced
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add bacon; cook and stir until bacon is crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach; cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over spinach mixture; cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour milk over spinach mixture; stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
