Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bell peppers, diced
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
