Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Pour olive oil mixture over nut and seed mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
