Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  4. Pour olive oil mixture over nut and seed mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.
