- 1 pound ground beef

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Drain off the fat.
- Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef and stir to combine.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat, about 1 minute per side.
- Divide the beef evenly among the tortillas, then top each with 1/4 cup of the crumbled blue cheese, 1/2 cup of the lettuce, 1 tablespoon of the tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon of the green onions.
- Fold up the sides of the tortillas and roll up like a burrito.
- Serve immediately.
