Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce package of spiral pasta
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a bowl, combine the red, green, and yellow bell peppers, corn, red onion, and celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix until everything is well coated.
- Add the cooled pasta and stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
