Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the balsamic vinegar mixture over the chicken breasts and use a spoon to evenly coat.
