Directions
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender, about 8 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, red kidney beans, and black beans and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, diced onions, and sour cream.
