Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the spices to make the rub.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil on both sides.
- Sprinkle the rub evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken breasts over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, or until cooked through.
