Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion, bell pepper, cheese, salsa, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
