Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup of grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Beat the eggs in a bowl until they are light and fluffy.
Add the bacon and cheese to the eggs and mix to combine.
Add the butter to the skillet and swirl it around to coat.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once the edges are starting to set, use a spatula to fold the omelette in half.
Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the omelette is golden brown.
Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate and season with salt and pepper.
