Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the Bailey's Irish Cream, heavy cream, ice cream, and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Place the dish in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until it is completely frozen.
  5. Scoop the frozen Irish Cream into individual serving dishes and garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
