Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
