- 1 lb. cooked beef, cut into cubes
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75-oz) can beef broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with uncooked egg noodles.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked through.
- Serve hot.
