Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of almond meal/flour
  • 1/4 cup of nut butter of your choice
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
    • Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with oil or butter.
      2. In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond meal/flour, nut butter, maple syrup or honey, dark chocolate chips, and sea salt until the mixture is well combined.
      3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
      4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
      5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
      6. Enjoy!
