Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with oil or butter.
In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond meal/flour, nut butter, maple syrup or honey, dark chocolate chips, and sea salt until the mixture is well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
